Refund policy
At Harlix Electronics , our return and exchange policy is designed to give you confidence in your purchase. If you’ve had a change of heart or are not completely satisfied with a product, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
We prioritise customer satisfaction and aim to make the process as simple and transparent as possible.
How to Start a Return
Please complete our Return Form to begin the process. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Items may be returned by post or via a convenient drop-off location. Where applicable, free return postage is available using Royal Mail, InPost, or DPD. If needed and where possible, we can provide a prepaid return label.
Packaging Your Return
Please return the item in its original packaging. The original box does not need to be undamaged; however, the item itself must be returned in a suitable condition, as this may affect your refund.
Additional Return Information
Please do not return any items without prior approval, as unapproved returns may result in lost items and we will be unable to issue a refund.
Once your return has been approved, received, and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours confirming that your refund has been processed.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days, depending on your payment provider.
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the courier.
Important
The correct return address must be provided by us before you send anything back. Do not return any products until you have received the approved return address and return instructions.
Please keep your return tracking number and a photo of your courier receipt until you receive confirmation from us. Refunds cannot be issued for returns not safely received. If your package is confirmed as delivered via tracking, we can open a claim on your behalf. If you choose to return an item, the cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer.
